INCREASE IN FEES/DUES

Of immediate concern to everyone is an approved increase in monthly dues and renters fees.  As everyone is painfully aware, costs for everything are going up.  At the same time, our infrastructure is showing its age and we must position the Club finances to address the long-term needs of future outlays.  Did you know that most, if not all, of our courts, are at, or approaching their expected lifespan?  They will need more than simple patching and resurfacing over the long haul, so our capital reserves must be increased.  Raising annual dues and renter fees is needed to meet our long-term needs and to keep this Club in peak condition for decades to come.

Starting in February, monthly dues will increase to $140 per month (quarterly $411.60/semi-annually $814.80/annually $1,596.00). At the next rental renewal, annual rental fees will increase to $750 per year.  The Board acknowledges that this is a 50% increase over the current annual rental fee.  This increase addresses the little to no increases in fees over the past decades.  To put things into perspective, this annual amount reflects only 5% of the current share price (and an increase of $20.83/month over the current rate).
